ONE-ON-ONE PERSONALIZED ASSISTANCE

 

Personalized assistance has been at the our core of our mission since inception in 2000.  Case management is available to walk-in Latino clients five days a week.  

 

 

We listen, ask questions, and analyze your situation and then provide you with valuable solutions.  We will assist you throughout the entire process of implementing a solution and create long term sustainability by training.

 

This social service is available to assist those who have difficulties transitioning to life in America.  This service gives us the chance to understand the needs of individuals and help offer solutions to better support this population.  

 

Clients often come to us to:

 

  • Understand their rights and responsibilities

  • Gain access to community agencies and resources

  • Order a birth certificate

  • Obtain employment opportunities

  • Notarize a document

  • Receive assistance with contracts

  • Resolve conflicts (family, employment, housing)
