About the

Latino Resource Center

The Latino Resource Center is a 501(c) non-profit that facilatates the integration of Latinos into the Greater Jackson Hole community.

Our vision is one beautiful community living and working in harmony for future generations to come.  To learn more please watch a short video of who we are.

FUTURE GENERATIONS, ONE COMMUNITY is a wonderful dream.  And in order to make this dream a reality, our work will support, connect, and educate community members.

  • To SUPPORT Latinos in the community is at the core of our mission.  We continue to provide access and facilitate the process of successful adjustment to life for Latinos in Jackson.  We provide individuals with one-on-one personalized assistance, tax assistance programs, translation services, and documentation services to those in need.

  • To CONNECT means to encourage diversity and promote intercultural awareness. We are committed to cultivating ways for people to express their unique cultures, histories, foods, and art by hosting events such as Dia de Los Muertos and Cinco de Mayo and by participating in the 4th of July Parade.

  • To EDUCATE means empowering people. We enable Latinos to explore their identity and their passion, while finding their true voice.  Through our youth leadership programs such as Cuenta Conmigo (Count On Me), we provide opportunities for growth while bringing joy to people’s lives.  The second generation of Latinos is one of our main focuses for the years ahead.

We are facing many challenges in the years ahead to support this population:

  • Housing

  • Language

  • Leadership

  • Income Disparity

  • A Sustainable Immigration Policy

And we need your help.
