
HEATHER GOODRICH

Heather holds a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences from Wright State University, a Master’s in Secondary Science Curriculum from the University of Colorado, Denver, and a Master’s in Multicultural/Bilingual Education from the Bueno Center at the University of Colorado, Boulder, and is fluent in Spanish. Heather is a specialist in the effects of culture and language on education, with her focus being Latin American cultures. A fifth generation Coloradoan, Heather has spent the last 20 years working to build connections between minority and majority cultures in mountain towns. She has worked with several school districts to find ways to better-serve linguistically and culturally diverse learners and their families. She is currently the Dual Immersion/English Learner Instructional Coach for Teton County School District.
