A career Global Human Resources Leader with broad experience in Not for Profit leadership to include development of rural modern and balletic dance programs in West Virginia, creation of a SPARS a youth dinghy construction and sailing program in St Augustine Florida, creation of Clarksburg Kayaking Club providing basic skills courses and race promotion, and local chapter development for Society of Human Resources Management. Frank was elected and served on the Southern Berkshire Regional School District Board of Education on an activism ticket to save and celebrate education in historic one room schoolhouses where today children continue to learn in traditions steeped from the early 1800’s. Today, Frank is co-creator of INTENCIONS, a gallery and studio located in Jackson, Wyoming serving the spiritual and healing arts community. He holds a Master’s Degree in Industrial and Labor Relations from West Virginia University as well as completion of 60 credits towards a PhD in Learning Management from Walden University.
